Old Gippstown's market is now held on the last Saturday of the month, except for winter.
The produce and variety market focuses on fresh produce, which will make it a great opportunity to buy your weekly fruit and vegetables. Crafts, bric-a-brac, and collectables, as well as car boot sales will also be available.
Parking is easy and entry includes access to the rest of the park. Pack a picnic, buy lunch, or have a devonshire tea. On some months extra interest is provided by groups, such as, car clubs, or performances by music or arts groups.
Entry is for the cost of a gold coin and the market is open from 9am until 2pm.
Stall holders should telephone (03) 5127-3082 to register or fill out the online form. Fresh produce sellers must be licenced. Arrive by 7:30 in the morning to set up your stall. The cost is $10 per stall or car boot. Trestles can be provided, and we attempt to put all stall holders under cover.
